If you register for a TCG event and do not attend, any included products, participation packs, or promotional items will be forfeited. No refunds or product pick-ups will be available for no-shows

Players are expected to arrive 20 minutes prior to the event’s start time for registration and any necessary event explanations. If you arrive 5 minutes after the event’s start time your seat may be forfeited and offered to a walk-in participant, however we will review the situation on the day before making a final decision.

• Please Note: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the event’s start time, you will be marked as a no-show and the non-attendance terms and conditions apply.

To be eligible to receive any promotional materials, participation prizes, or exclusive items associated with the event, you must actively participate in at least 1 round of play.

• Please Note: Some events might have unique Participation Requirements that differ from the standard rules above, so please follow the event rules when this occurs.

Some of the Event Organisers restricts event limits strictly to one application per player account per event. When this is in affect you cannot register for multiple instances of the exact same event across different organised play stores.

• Please Note: Competitive events that may enforce player registrations limits can have higher restrictions than standard or casual formats and offer premium prizing.

Participants who behave in a way that damages the fairness and integrity of an event may be disqualified, suspended or receive penalties from Gameology and will also face consequences from the Official Event Organisers such as Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, etc.

• We reserve the right to issue warnings, suspensions and ban those who show unsportsmanlike behaviour such as breaching event conduct, cheating, individual or collusion of parties to manipulate results, etc.
