Trading Card Singles Buy List Policy

At Gameology, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent process for purchasing Trading Card Singles from our customers. Our Purchasing Policy ensures that both parties involved have a clear understanding of the transaction and that sellers receive a fair price for their Trading Card Singles. Please review the following criteria before submitting your Trading Card Singles for sale.

Acceptable Trading Card Singles

Trading Card Singles Purchasing Criteria

Gameology will only purchase cards that meet the below criteria:

  • Authenticity - All Trading Card Singles must be genuine and not counterfeit.
  • Condition - We accept Trading Card Singles in near mint or new condition. This means cards have no signs of wear or damage. This is to be determined following submission by Gameology. Further details on what we consider neat mint can be found here:What is Near Mint?

 

Pricing and Compensation

Our pricing is usually accurate at the time of submission. However, please use this as an estimate, as daily price fluctuations may significantly change the prices by the time cards are received. If prices have significantly changed by the time cards are received, Gameology reserves the right to revise and reduce our buying price. Prices are only finalized when cards are received and reviewed by Gameology.

Discretion of Purchase

While we strive to provide fair prices for all Trading Card Singles submitted to us, we reserve the right to decline any cards at our discretion, particularly in cases where the submitted items do not meet our purchasing criteria above.

Shipping Responsibility

Outbound Shipping

While we strive to provide fair prices for all Trading Card Singles submitted to us, we reserve the right to decline any cards at our discretion, particularly in cases where the submitted items do not meet our purchasing criteria above.

Return Shipping

In the event that we are unable to purchase the submitted Trading Card Singles, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to have their cards sent back to them, including insurance if they wish. Gameology will not be held liable for any loss or damage of goods while in the hands of the shipping courier.

Incorrect Bank Details for Payment

If a customer provides incorrect bank details, Gameology will attempt the retrieval of these funds for the customer, however the customer will only be paid once the funds have been successfully retrieved from the incorrect account. Please note that retrieving the funds is not a guarantee. Gameology is not liable for any loss of funds due to the failure to retrieve the funds due to incorrect bank details being provided.

Cancelling or Partially Cancelling Submissions

If a customer has dropped off or shipped their submissions, they may request a partial or full cancellation of their submissions. However, once a submission has passed the verification stage, we are unable to return these cards.

Non-Accepted Cards

Any card that Gameology does not accept, due to our policy or does not meet our Near Mint, will be returned to the customer. If these cards are located at either our Brunswick or Clayton South store for pickup, they must be picked up within two weeks of notification from Gameology. If they are not picked up within this timeframe, then the card/s will be disposed of.
