Gameology is still currently operating as normal out of our warehouse however we are taking all necessary precautions and following all current advice from the government to keep both our customers and staff members safe.
The following FAQ should help in clearing up some of the common questions we have been receiving from customers.

Yes our showroom is still open to the public however we are taking precautions for both the safety of our patrons as well as our staff by providing all needed cleaning and disinfectant materials to our staff and only allowing a certain amount of customers in the store at any given time.

Yes you certainly can. We are handling all click and collect orders as per usual.

Yes absolutely, we are still posting out all national delivery items ordered through Gameology.com.au.

Currently we are still posting out all international orders as per normal and are not aware of any delays in delivery, but will be proactive in information customers if we hear of any delays in delivery times.
